Linda Kenney Baden, Esq. has been invited and accepted to again be a member of the faculty of the Trial Advocacy Workshop of Harvard Law School from Monday, January 7 to Friday January 11, 2019. The Trial Advocacy Workshop (TAW) “is an intensive course in trial analysis, skills, and techniques….” Linda will be giving an Evening Demonstration playing the role of a Defendant’s Lawyer doing a direct examination of the client- defendant on Tuesday, January 8, 2019.
